What is MEMBERS ONLY?
MEMBERS ONLY is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, including purchases and liking us on social. You can use them to earn discounts of purchases, get free gifts or access to sales, so the more you collect the more you save.
How can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled. Lucky you!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including following us on social, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu.
What do different tiers mean?
Perks, perks, perks. The more points you earn, the more we’ll reward you! As you move up through the tiers, you’ll get exclusive access to some pretty awesome benefits. Check out the details on our MEMBERS ONLY page.
How do I move up the next tier?
Simple.. by earning points! To get to the Guest List, you need 2,000 points. To get to Access All Areas, you need 4,000 points. Once you have enough points to enter a new tier, you qualify to maintain that status for 12 months.
Will I move down a tier if I spend my points?
Your tier is set based on the total points you’ve earned over a 12 month period. Once you enter a new tier, you’ll qualify to be in that tier for the next 12 months regardless of spending your points! If you want to maintain your tier status, make sure you keep earning those points.
Can I earn points on product reviews?
Yes! Once you've received your purchase, you will be sent an email asking you to leave us a review and will earn points per review. This is only available to verified buyers and excludes reviews left on site without a prompt.
How do I view my points balance?
You can view your membership info in two ways, either on your account page, or by clicking on the MEMBERS ONLY widget in the bottom left hand corner of the website.
How do I redeem points?
Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
Nope! Go ahead and earn as many points as you can.
What do the ‘approved’, ‘pending’ and ‘cancelled’ statuses mean?
**Approved**: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
**Pending**: These points are in the process of being verified and cannot yet be redeemed. This typically applies to points earned on purchases and referrals. Allow at least 14 days for these points to appear in your account for redemption.
**Cancelled**: These points will not be added to your account. If, for example, you cancel a purchase, the points earned will be cancelled
Why did my accounts balance go down?
This happens when you have cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Make sure you’re logged into your account when placing any orders for your points to be added to your account.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - you’ll need to redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.
Can I use multiple vouchers per transaction?
Unfortunately, no. Only one voucher is redeemable per transaction as these are applied as coupon codes.
Can I use my points balance in-store?
Yes! You can open an account, earn AND redeem points online and in-store. Our friendly in-store staff will be able to assist you in using your MEMBERS ONLY benefits during your visit.
I no longer want to be a part of the program, how do I leave?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be un-enrolled. We'll un-enrol you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we’ll re-enrol you. Unfortunately, your point total will begin from zero.
