- Items must be in the same condition you received them.
- Items should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags and packaging.
- Swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits must have their hygiene stickers intact.
- No returns on earrings or face masks due to hygiene reasons.
If the item is faulty or damaged, we're happy to help you return it for a refund or exchange.

Return postage and any applicable duties & taxes are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Swim & Intimates Returns
For hygiene reasons, we require that swimwear and intimates be tried on over your own underwear. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. We may refuse returns if these conditions are not met.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return if unworn, with all tags attached, and in new condition. For store credit, we’ll offer you an extra 10% to shop right now!
