If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options within 30 days from sale date with all tags attached, items unworn, unwashed and unaltered and in original packaging. Please note at this stage we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for online orders within in our global flagship stores.
For the time being, when returning items outside from Australia return postage costs and any additional duties & taxes assessed by International Customs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the items are deemed faulty. You can ship the parcel back to us via your preferred courier and we encourage opting for tracked shipping. We're working on a localised return policy for Northern America, so stay tuned.
If you want to exchange an item or simply want to return your items for a credit note, you can do so by lodging your return via the link below and choose the store credit option. After approval simply head to your nearest post office or preferred courier and ship the parcel back to us (we encourage opting for tracked shipping). Once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse you'll receive a credit note, issued as an online gift card for you to enter upon checkout during your next order.
If you prefer a direct refund via your original payment method you can choose this option for full-priced items that are returned within 30 days from sale date.

Swim & Intimates Returns
Please make sure that swimwear & intimates are tried on over your own underwear. If returning swim or intimates, please ensure that the garment is in original condition, unworn and unwashed. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that this has not been adhered to.
Any sale items purchased are eligible for store credit only, strictly no refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty. This includes items from our sale section and items purchased during promotions. Returns must be lodged within 30 days from sale date and with all tags attached. Exchanges on faulty items are only granted by a Thrills representative and are subject to stock availability.
